Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for suitable applicant for the position mentioned.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of all production equipment
• Contribute to analysing and Improving efficiency and productivity
• Ensure the curative maintenance (planning and follow up)
• Ensure the preventive maintenance (planning, follow up, cost…)
• Contribute to follow up the maintenance KPI (machine downtime, etc.…)
• Contribute to manage the spare parts (order, value, consumption cost, etc.….)
• Contribute to follow up the external contractors.
• Contribute to improve the maintenance procedure.
• Ensure and supervise the maintenance workshop.
• Supervise that the factory buildings are always in good condition.
• Supervise that the connected staffs work safely.

Criteria:
Experience and Qualification:

• Certificate for year 10 + 2 years technical training (mechanical/electrical/refrigeration)
• 2 years (bottling plant or food manufacturing experiences are a plus)

Skills Required:

• Good mechanical skill
• Good electrical skill
• Refrigeration and cooling system skill
• Knowledge on programmable logic controller is a plus

Other Skills:

• Microsoft office software
• English, French and Bislama spoken.

• Capacity to Lead a team.
• Man of integrity
• Field man
• Hard worker.
