Job Description
The Vanuatu Brewing limited is looking for 1 motivated candidate for the position of Industry Assistant.

Production Operators and Ware House Industry
Responsibilities
- Maintain the theoretical stock of the industry (raw materials and finished products)
- Completed the associated documents (delivery note, …)
- Contribute to the reconciliation of theoretical and physical stocks
- Keep the production data up-to-date in close collaboration with the managers
- Keep human resources data up to date (hours of work, leave, illness, etc.)
- Maintenance of the industry’s operating expense tracking file
- Is responsible for the distribution and monitoring of work clothes and protective equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.) of employees
- Keep up to date the storage of documents according to budget codes (invoices, etc …)
- Organize the transportation and daily meal of employees in collaboration with the production manager
- Please have available office supplies, cleaning products, etc … for the industry
- Is responsible for non-specific local supply of the industry
- In charge of IT operations related to movements and inventory records
- Ensures the liaison between the Industrial Director and the operators
