Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for an Industrial Manager,

The main objective of the Industrial Manager will be to oversea and optimize all operations aspects of the brewery factory. This includes managing the entire production process from brewing and cellaring to packaging and warehousing.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Production and Quality Assurance
• Operations Management
• Staff Leadership & Development
• Safety & Compliance

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Science degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role within the brewing Industry
• Strong knowledge of brewing processes, beer science and equipment
• Proficiency with production management software, KPI and budgetary processes
• Excellent leadership skills, communication and problem solving skills
