The Vanuatu Public Service Commission wishes to advertise and recruit experienced and qualified Ni-Vanuatu to fill the following position;
Job Title: Housing & Maintenance Management Officer
Department: Office of the Public Service Commission
Job Level: PS
Grade: 4.5
Annual Salary: VT 1,386,800
Location: Port-Vila
Purpose of the position:
The Housing Maintenance Management Officer main function is;
- To assist in providing an efficient and effectiveness assessment reports on conditions of Government Houses
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Diploma or Technical Qualification
Special Business Education: Project Management, Construction Management & Site Supervision
Experience: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in similar roles
Special skills: Property Management Skills, Negotiation skills, Planning skills, Report Writing Skills, Computer literate and Driving Skills.
Thinking Style: Practical and innovative thinker
Communication/ Interpersonal Skills: Good Verbal communication skills.
Behavioural Competence: Punctual and Trustworthy.
Language: Must be fluent in speaking and writing in French or English and Bislama.
