HEAD CHEF POSITION
Start Date: Immediately.

One of Vanuatu’s finest restaurants is looking for an ambitious and creative Head chef or experienced Sous Chef to lead our small team.

To be successful you must possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• An excellent cook with a good knowledge base and creative flair.
• An excellent leader with the ability to lead and train a small enthusiastic team
• Be able to control food cost, conduct regular stock takes and place accurate orders.
• Have a good knowledge and implement and maintain sound public health standards
• Must have experience in 1st Class restaurants or resorts

Great rates of pay available to the right candidates.
