HEAD CHEF

We require an experienced Certified Head Chef with a minimum of 5 years working experience with an International Hotel in a similar position.

The Applicant must have:

• International Experience
• Full credentials and certificates of training
• Oversees and manage stock levels as well as supervise kitchen staff during shift and manages staff schedule
• Ability to control stock, pricing and profitability
• Ensure that appropriate standards and hygiene are adhered to
• Oversees the food preparation process
• Experience in Supervising & Training Assistance in a large kitchen
• Recent experience in a high quality multi restaurant facilities
• Ability to operate and maintain high quality equipment
