Full-Time GENERAL MANAGER
Job Description
YOUR MISSION :
In a company with 70 employees, you will define the industrial strategy, production objectives, and allocated budgets.
On the Commercial side :
- You will develop the company’s revenue and margins by securing solid commercial partnerships and oversee commercial activities,
- You will ensure compliance with customer payment terms (DSO).
On the Production side :
- You will ensure compliance with production processes and product quality standards, manage maintenance aspects, and ensure budgeted production costs are respected,
- You will oversee the execution of investment projects.
On the Supply Chain side :
- You will make decisions regarding order quantities and dates to account for production and supply delays,
- You will ensure inventory accuracy by controlling stock levels,
- You are proficient in IT to digitalize flows and implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
On the Financial side :
- You will ensure prudent management in consultation with the Board of Directors by managing the budgets approved by the group, ensure proper P&L management, and are responsible for the company’s operating result and financial balance,
- You will provide reliable reporting of the company’s financial accounts and KPIs,
- You will oversee IT systems and ensure the accuracy of information and business continuity, and are capable of implementing an ERP system (PROGINOV).
On the HR side :
- You will directly manage discipline at all levels, relying on recommendations from your team and considering the scarcity of skills in an island environment,
- You will implement hands-on, daily management and supervision of the managers.
On the CSR side :
- You are familiar with issues related to packaging and industrial waste management,
- You will work with various government stakeholders and/or NGOs on environmental and societal matters.
YOUR PROFILE :
You hold an MBA or Master’s degree (Bac +4), supplemented by at least 5 years of experience in a General Management position. Rigorous and organized, you must possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to combine authority with diplomacy. Proficiency in both French and English is preferred.
