Full-Time GENERAL MANAGER
Job Description
The General Manager (GM) will be responsible to
- Lead, grow and mature the business, and to ultimately improve the return on shareholder value and capital employed.
- Be a strategic thinker and problem solver to deliver the business strategy. It is a unique operating environment in Vanuatu with much potential, so resilience and adaptability are key required attributes.
- Prepare the monthly board reports and attends all Dynamic Board meetings, joining the two joint owners and an independent chairman.
- Oversee the day to day running of the business, ensuring efficient management of the supply chain, logistics, sales, financials, customer experience and personnel.
- Drive business growth, maintain customer relationships, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, and driving good health and safety protocols.
Fundamentally, this role leads and grows the business, requiring a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on management.
