Full-Time GENDER JUSTICE & LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM MANAGER
Job Description
This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Gender Justice and Livelihoods (GJL) Program (2016-2020). This involves the ongoing development and delivery of GJL program strategy, management of Oxfam’s relationship with all of our GJL partners including funding and capacity support, management of donor contracts, ensuring empowering and influential relationships with communities, government, private sector and other stakeholders and ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting. The role will further support key flagship programmes to implement effective and cutting-edge gender mainstreaming, and ensure the learning is shared and informs future programs. The role will also develop our innovative work on transforming gender and social norms and embed it in the GJL program, sharing lessons and advising other key programs. The role will provide strategic leadership for putting the rights of women, youth, people with disabilities and people of diverse gender identity and sexual orientation at the heart of our programs at Oxfam in Vanuatu.
