Full-Time FRONT OFFICE CUSTOMER OFFICER
Job Description
Wishes to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu (male or female) to fill the position of a FRONT OFFICE CUSTOMER OFFICER who meets the following requirements:
TASKS:
- Welcomes and ensures that customers are treated according to the rules of the trade.
- Inform and advise customers and, if necessary, create complaint files
- Initiate connection files.
- Subscribe, amend and terminate customer policies.
- Carry out cash collections.
- Carry out prepayment recharges.
- Educate customers on the use of automated systems and remote services.
- Perform daily closing operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and good maintenance of the work area and the agency in general.
- Respect the service procedures.
- Convey a good image of UNELCO
- Ensure the proper use of materials and tools provided by UNELCO
- Be versatile in other positions in the Customer Relations department.
- Suggest service improvements.
- Respect the ethical charter of the group.
- Carry out any exceptional mission necessary for the smooth running of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma in the sales or banking with 2 years professional experience in the sector
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the procedures and operating methods of the Sales Department
- Knowledge of the different types of contracts offered to customers and the specific conditions of each.
- Knowledge of the different products offered by UNELCO.
- Principles of Customer relations
- Writing skills
- Use of NEXT ENERGIE
- Use of office software
- Compliance with quality, prevention, safety and environmental standards
- Have a driving license.

LANGUAGES:
- Good command of French, English and Bislama
