We are committed to providing a memorable guest experience and are now seeking Front Office Administration & Reservation Staff to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations with a welcoming attitude
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, and booking systems
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
- Liaise with local suppliers, tourism bodies, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in front office or reservations (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Knowledge of hotel management systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
