The Role
We’re evolving our product platform, and are on the hunt for another experienced Front End Developer who can drive the customer facing components of this transformation. Forming part of our close-knit Technology Team, you’ll build on the tried & tested stack of HTML, Vue, Bootstrap 4 & jQuery 3.4 with particular focus on responsive usability, internationalisation, multi-tenant, cross-branding and across-platform consistency. You will also be translating concepts and wireframes into component libraries and UI designs and transforming UX user stories into fully functional front ends. We are a Scrum based software team so experience there is a big plus.
You will bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front-end development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, Vue, Bootstrap and jQuery
- A working knowledge of PHP, Git, SaaS, Webpack & Gulp will be an advantage
- Experience of building a reusable component library and design system will be an advantage
- Experience of working with i18n & l10n techniques
- Experience working within a Scrum based software development environment
- The ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members, management and stakeholders
- Familiarity working with Jira and Confluence
- Examples of your front-end development
