Job Vacancy: Year 7 & 8 French Teacher

Are you passionate about teaching French to young learners? Do you possess the skills to engage and inspire students in their language learning journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position: French Teacher
Hours: 4 hours per week (with potential for expansion)
Grade Levels: Year 7 & 8 (with possibility of teaching primary classes)

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to Year 7 & 8 students.
2. Create dynamic and interactive learning activities that cater to different learning styles.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to aid in their academic development.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies and curriculum objectives.
6. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any relevant information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, or related field (preferred).
2. Teaching certification or relevant experience in education (required).
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written French.
4. Experience working with young learners in an educational setting.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
7. Passion for teaching and fostering a love of language learning in students.
