Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via call/emails
- Proactively think along with the customer to resolve their queries quickly
- Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and focused on customer loyalty
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Confidence dealing with high volumes of work across different channels (voice, email, messaging/chat)
- Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction or referring customers to supervisors as required; and
- Any other duties assigned in addition to this position description, and meeting the respective targets.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in both written & spoken French
- Commitment towards delivering exceptional customer services to internal and external customers via phone and email
- Fast learner who can master multiple new systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
- Previous experience in customer services in French language is essential
- Valid Passport
