Full-Time FRENCH SPEAKING CONSULTANT – FIJI BASED

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via call/emails
  • Proactively think along with the customer to resolve their queries quickly
  • Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and focused on customer loyalty
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
  • Confidence dealing with high volumes of work across different channels (voice, email, messaging/chat)
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction or referring customers to supervisors as required; and
  • Any other duties assigned in addition to this position description, and meeting the respective targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in both written & spoken French
  • Commitment towards delivering exceptional customer services to internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Fast learner who can master multiple new systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
  • Previous experience in customer services in French language is essential
  • Valid Passport
