The Grand Hotel & Casino is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Food & Beverage professional.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage management role
• Hard working and a true passion for service
• Calm under pressure
• Very organised and self motivated
• Great Leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills
• Possesses strong administration skills
• Able to display strong working knowledge of financials

Duties and Role:

• Work with General Manager and Executive Chef in driving department
• Team management and training
• Implement and maintain effective procedures
• Develop effective revenue generating promotions
• Stock control
• Wage control.
