We are recruiting for senior members to join our team in Carpenter Trading Vanuatu, a business entity under Carpenter Motors (Vanuatu) Limited; as the FMCG MANAGER. We need experienced individuals with a passion and depth of experience who will take forwards and grow our business. You will be part of a diverse team that provides innovative solutions, help spearhead the growth of the business.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Desirable qualification in supply chain management, marketing, procurement, strategic planning
• Ten or more years of experience in a food retail environment and Liquor Sales experience
• Understanding of food and liquor regulations, trends and market dynamics
• Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract customers
• Territory knowledge on Customer buying pattern
• Identifying and addressing operational challenges quickly and efficiently
• Financial Management
• High level of analytical and presentation skills
