Full-Time FINANCE & OFFICE MANAGER
SFAI Barrett & Partners Vanuatu are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. We are the largest Chartered Accounting firm in Port Vila – with 3 Partners and 22 staff.
Duties include production of financial information for the management of our firm and other information for our clients.
The successful applicant will have the following:-
- Ability to prepare Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Experience in XERO, MYOB, and Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3-4 years financial experience
- Daily Ledger entries in Excel and MYOB
- Arrange payment for local creditors
- Prepare VAT and VNPF
- General HR (Payrolls, Contracts, Leave accruals…)
- TD Rollover
- Arrange Clients Funds payments and Funds Summaries, through or trust company
- Strong organization, administrative and interpersonal and communication skills
- Be fluent in English (a knowledge of French and/or Bislama would be advantageous)
Salary and conditions of employment will be negotiated depending upon the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
