Job Description
- Contract full-time position open to Vanuatu citizens only
The Finance and HR Officer ensures that all financial processes comply with PASO’s Financial Regulations and Delegations of Authority and provides timely and complete information to management to enable sound decision-making. Responsibilities will include assisting with accounts payable and receivable, financial systems and processes, reporting, budget forecasting, fixed asset management and payroll.
The Officer will also be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, training and development, performance management and HR administration. He or she will support and work closely with the Corporate Services Manager.
