Vodafone Vanuatu is seeking a Field Sales Officer to be based in TANNA
Mission
The mission is to ensure Management of Sales and Distribution activities within a specific geographic area.The role involves identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Function
Basic activities important to follow on day-to-day basis:
- Achieving daily and monthly sales target and report to immediate supervisor
- Relationship building with business partners and customers;
- Researching the market and related products;
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face to business partners;
- Stock and Cash management;
- Build retailers network;
- Market trend update;
Competences:
1. Knowledge
- Secondary school graduates
- 2-3 Years’ experience in similar position
- Have basic knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel
- MUST Have a Valid Driver’s License
2. Skills
- Fluent English/French and Bislama
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work on a transversal way, understanding all the needs of the different entities
- Good planning and organizational ability
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.
