Job Opportunity: Farm Manager for Kava Plantation – Teouma Group ( SCAP)

The Teouma Group, Vanuatu’s leading agricultural company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our Kava Plantation operations in Tukutuku Ranch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of kava production, including planting, growing, harvesting, packaging, and shipping of roots for sale
• Maintain accurate and clear accounting reports for kava sales using computer software
• Manage and supervise the maintenance and repair of tractors and other agricultural equipment, ensuring smooth farm operations
• Provide hands-on leadership and ensure best practices in crop management, with a focus on root crops like kava

Requirements:

• Proven experience in crop farming, preferably with root crops
• Solid computer skills, including the ability to generate accounting and operational reports
• Basic mechanical knowledge of farm equipment to oversee maintenance and repair tasks
• A passion for the outdoors and adaptability to a remote location with limited urban amenities
