Job Description

Customised Farm Management (CFM) want to talk to people interested in taking on the senior leadership role in the management of a large-scale cattle enterprise in Santo, Vanuatu. We are looking for someone with commercial experience, a background working in multiple cultures and in agriculture or a related industry. Experience managing a diverse workforce and an understanding of the regulatory, operational and cultural environments in which businesses operate in Vanuatu (or the ability to rapidly develop it) would be essential. Bislama and English are the languages used in the business and the role would be based in Santo.
