Job Description
Required Skills
- Carpentry training and experience;
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage;
- Experience with electrical or air tools;
- Safety conscious in the workplace;
- Take directions from Supervisors;
- Quality Control Conscious;
- Good attitude to work;
Specific Duties/ Responsibilities
- Ability to learn of Fibreglass Manufacturing methodology;
- Capacity to grasp specialised skills in hand crafting Fibreglass products;
- Punctual to work and complete tasks prior to deadlines;
- Must be able to take directions from supervisors;
- Maintain good attitude to work;
- Have some Leadership skills
- Have the capacity to Understand and implement Quality Control throughout production process
- Ability to learn the proper and safe use of all tools used in production (hand/ electric and air tools, chain blocks, etc.)
- Undertaking any other duties assigned by factory Supervisor and the Company Management.
