Job Description
The Vanuatu Tourism Office seeks expression of interest for a service provider to produce a media and communications tool that can be used in various communications platforms for the international, corporate and domestic market as a tool that promotes the services of the travel information Centre.

About the Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) & Vanuatu Travel Information Centre (VTIC)
The Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) is the national tourism destination marketing organization. Our headquarter is based in Port-Vila (Vanuatu) supported by various representations in Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia and other long-haul markets in Europe, China, and North America. Our role is to promote Vanuatu as a destination for international and domestic tourists.
The Vanuatu Travel Information Centre (VTIC) is a subsidiary of the VTO providing tourist information services and also facilitating bookings and reservations to any walk- in guests or visitors booking online.
Scope of Work
The scope is made available to allow for the delivery of the work using a milestone approach for delivery of work as follows:
- Filming /photography of the Vanuatu Travel Information Centre and its services.
- Video Editing post-shooting
- Delivery of 1 (2 minutes/120) seconds videos
- Delivery of three (60s-videos)
