Job Description
Ministry of Trade, Tourism, Commerce and Ni-Vanuatu Business (MTTCNVB) seeks expression of interest for the service of a qualified Project Management Consultant (Project Consultant) or Advisory Firm (“the Advisory Firm”) to give onsite and remote Project Management support towards the Procurement and Project implementation for the development of a Knowledge Information Management Systems (KIMS).
Background Information
The overarching objective of this assignment is to enable the smooth establishment of a dedicated knowledge and information management system (KIMS) to help the MTTCNVB fulfil the purpose of ultimately improving its performance in delivering services to its customers both internal and external and ensure the MTTCNVB fully plays its roles as a vital support entity catalysing private sector-led growth in Vanuatu.
MTTCNVB is now seeking a qualified Project Management Consultant (Project Consultant) or Advisory Firm (“the Advisory Firm”) to give onsite and remote Project Management support towards the procurement and implementation of the development of a KIMS platform.
Scope of Work
The Project Consultant assumes overall responsibility for the successful implementation of KIMS platform procurement and project activities and the overall achievement of planned project outputs. The Project Consultant performs his/her functions in consultation with and under the guidance and supervision of the MTTCNVB
