Job Description
Interested applicant must have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of housekeeping, managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct.
- Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
- Proven excellence Customer Service.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Ability to maintain a budget.
- Experience in having worked in international 4.5 star to 5 star hotels and resorts.
