Interested applicant must have:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of housekeeping, managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct.
• Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
• Proven excellence Customer Service.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing and maintaining housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Ability to maintain a budget.
• Experience in having worked in international 4.5 star to 5 star hotels and resorts.
