Job Description
Minimum requirements/ Qualifications:
- Demonstrated practical experience in similar Functions, Events and Weddings environment for at least 5 years
- Demonstrated practical experience in the hospitality industry relating to food and beverage service function
- Ability to create and cost for groups functions
- Advance office administration and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability to document and communicate information accurately, clearly and in a timely manner
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in business management or marketing (desirable)
- Ability to supervise and manage a department.
