Minimum requirements/ Qualifications:

• Demonstrated practical experience in similar Functions, Events and Weddings environment for at least 5 years
• Demonstrated practical experience in the hospitality industry relating to food and beverage service function
• Ability to create and cost for groups functions
• Advance office administration and computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
• Ability to document and communicate information accurately, clearly and in a timely manner
• A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in business management or marketing (desirable)
• Ability to supervise and manage a department.
