Evaluation of Enhanced Integrated Framework Phase Tier 2 project
The Ministry of Trade, Tourism, Commerce and Ni-Vanuatu Business (MTTCNVB) through the Vanuatu Aid for Trade Management Unit (VAMU) is seeking the services of a consultant. The consultant will work alongside the Manager and the staffs of the VAMU to develop the Evaluation Report on the results and impacts of the EIF Tier 2 projects. The Evaluation Report will focus on the lesson learnt from the entire implementation of the Vanuatu Electronic Single Window project by providing feedbacks, sharing lessons learned and promoting accountability in programme delivery, implementation, management and further to this, the report will be used to guide the implementation of any similar projects for Vanuatu and other LDCs.
The Consultant will be based in Port Vila, Vanuatu and will be engaged to work up to 50 Working Days.
