Full-Time PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR
Job Description
The Partnership Coordinator will act as the main focal points of engagement with VCC, Nasi Tuan and WSB, with support from the EU Helti Kakae Helti Famili Program Manager and the Response and Recovery Manager Counterpart (expatriate). The role will be responsible to ensure that the agreed partnership principles guide all engagements between the partners, and that the partnership is a two-way learning process.
You will have:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social studies, and/ or minimum 4-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in community-based development work and/or activity implementation with an International Non-Government Organisation (INGO);
Demonstrated understanding of project management and/ or partnership management;
Demonstrated understanding working on food security and livelihood projects
Demonstrated passion for gender equality and women’s empowerment and a commitment to CARE’s approach and values including ethnic diversity and cultural sensitivity.
