EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Temporary Worker (TANNA)
World Vision Vanuatu’s Climate Resilience and Livelihood Portfolio through the Mermaid Project aims to increase community farmer’s awareness and skills through trainings and exposure on key agriculture best practice to support food productions and improve nutrition for communities. The Project will enable and increase communities understanding on financial resiliency through basic financial literacy, savings and loans approach and promotion of basic business development through agriculture production and marketing.
World Vision Vanuatu is now recruiting for a Temporary Support Facilitator for Mermaid Project for a period of 3 months, based in our Area Program Office in Isankel, Tanna.
In line with WV Vanuatu’s For Children, For Change, For Life (4C4C4L) purpose, this position will provide support with:
- Team Planning and submitting CARD forms (Vehicle Requests)
- Community Facilitation (Topics as according to Key Project Components)
- Support monitoring of project activities in communities during and after activity roll out when needed
- Support the team with partner engagements and or during partner meetings
- Support and or engaging in team reflections and provide insight to improve implementation with alignment to community context and situation
