Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport officers to and from places of work in Port Vila including in communities on efate as per plan of work
• Sitting arrangements for passengers in the vehicle for security purposes especially for children
• Keep the vehicle clean at all times both in and outside
• Report any damage to the vehicle
• Bring vehicle for services or repair as required
• Daily up keep and maintenance of the vehicle
•  Check and collect mails from post office every Monday and mornings
• Assist the Finance officer to deliver and or get finance document to and from the suppliers and offices including banks where wheel chair access may be difficult
• Do other duties that may be requested by the administration team

Work Related Requirements & Qualifications

• Have a valid Vanuatu driving license
• Over 3 years driving experience
• Must turn up on time for planned programme for field visits
• Willingness to learn from and understand people with disabilities
• Work as a team member
• Must be over 18 years

Other Important Dimensions

• Accept reasonable orders and carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisor
