An international company, based in Vanuatu, a holder of Financial Dealer License, is searching for a full-time local (Vanuatu) Director.

Responsibilities

• timely providing of relevant KYC documents
• filing documents for VFSC
• communication with local authorities & organizations
• local office management
•  support any administration ad hoc requests.

Requirements

• resident of Vanuatu
• higher education
• relevant (minimum 5-year) finance or legal background
• ability to be a full-time director (it is not possible to work for another companies)
• fluent in English
• quickness and good communication skills.
