We are currently looking for a suitable, qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professional to fill the role of Development Manager for AHP Disaster Ready Project in Torba Province. This position will be based in Torba.
The Development Manager will manage the Disaster Ready Project in Torba, contributing to the achievement of the Disaster Ready Project by;
- Collaborate with Portfolio Manager, manage project activities within the respective province including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and some budgeting responsibilities to ensure World Vision delivers high quality outcomes on time and within budget and in line with WV core values.
- Manage Project staff including capacity building, performance monitoring and day to day operational support.
- Work in partnership with Provincial stakeholders and communities to ensure that World Vision is delivering relevant and high-quality programme in a sensitive and professional manner.
Development Manager annual salary package of VT1,440,000 inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
