Full-Time DEPUTY RESILIENCE AND LIVELIHOOD PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Our Resilience and Livelihood Portfolio is looking for a Deputy Resilience and Livelihood Portfolio Manager based in Port Vila!
The role:
Support World Vision Vanuatu Resilience and Livelihood Portfolio contributing to the achievement of; ensuring there is an increase community resilience in urban and rural areas including the most vulnerable, understand the impacts of climate change and adapt to its pressures through increasing economic and agricultural livelihoods, and community wellbeing.
This role covers a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including:
- Collaborating with the Portfolio Manager to support project staff with the coordination of Programs for all areas in which the various projects within the program work. (Development Managers and Development Facilitators);
- Coordinating and streamlining ongoing project impact monitoring and contributing to project baseline, mid-term review and evaluation;
- Providing capacity building and identifying skills sharing opportunities for project staff to encourage continuous learning and professional and personal growth;
- Networking for greater impact with relevant National and Regional stakeholders, partners, and within the world vision partnership
The person:

Your skills & experience:
- At least intermediate level skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- High level of written and verbal communication – fluency in English required (for report writing);
- Experience managing a small team of staff would be preferable;
The role reports to the Resilience and Livelihood Portfolio Manager.
