Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer care enquiries.
- Ensuring adherence to responsiveness KPIs on NOVA & Phone queues.
- Providing high quality & consistent service to group customers & work towards customer outreach (via regular calls / QBRs / Meetings)
- Driving performance in collaboration with internal stakeholder.
- Providing Premier / VIP / Elite customer Management – be the Voice of Customer and deliver optimum customer experience.
