Full-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – RENTAL CLERK

Current driver license with a clean record.
Experience with an online reservation system and Microsoft applications.
Confident, outstanding communicator face to face, written and on the phone.
An eye for detail and the ability to get things right first time.
Punctual and well presented.
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable team player.
Ability to problem solve and multitask.
Fluent in English and Bislama.
Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu.
Written and spoken French and/or Mandarin.
Experience in the vehicle rental/tourism industry.
Knowledge of motor mechanics.
Communicating with customers by email, phone and in person.
Processing rental sales and bookings.
Checking, cleaning and detailing cars when Customer Service Drivers require additional capacity to process vehicles.
Delivering and collecting cars.
Keeping the yard/wash bay is clean and safe.
Keeping the office, storage, lunchroom, and toilets clean.
Raising purchasing lists for wash bay materials to the Administration Dept.
Raising awareness of car service, maintenance or repairs as required.
Working as a team player, co-operating with, and supporting colleagues to achieve the business objectives.
The positions will be full time and involve working some nights, weekends, and public holidays on a five-and-a-half-day rotating roster.
