Job Description

• Ensure system entries are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all time
• Responding & Acknowledging Promptly to Customer inquire
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Maintain a level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the company
• Assist with any other administrative duties.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of the business.

Selection Criteria:

• High School diploma or certificate level from Tertiary institute.
• Computer Literate
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to greet people in a professional and respectful manner
• Minimum 1-2 Year Experience
