About The Role

Role Location: ANZ Vanuatu

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time opportunity

The Customer Service Consultant is trained to resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact and make informed decisions early in the call (adhering to best practice procedures) to transfer customers to the appropriate solutions team where identified that the call may be a more complex type of enquiry. You will also maintain the relationship of the customer by creating an exceptional customer experience and offer the best possible solution to customers for their financial needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written and active listening skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills
  • Experience in customer service for banking products in a contact centre environment is preferred
  • Demonstrates strong sales capability
  • Good understanding of Compliance
  • Ability to speak and write in French, Bislama and English at business level is preferred
