Full-Time CTP RESPONSE MANAGER

Job Description

The Role
Will be responsible for Effective TC Harold and COVID 19 Response coordination.
He/she will develop MEAL systems for the Cash Transfer Program, coordinate and support effective line management. Will also manage, coordinate and monitor the overall operations of the CTP. The person is responsible and accountable to ensure Oxfam Policies and Procedures are adhered by the team and Partners.
Deliverable also include working with the Regional Communications and in-country Comms team to influence and advocate on issues regarding the crisis through media and other relevant platform through development of agreed key messages with stakeholders.

The Person
Technical
Must have high level technical skills and experience in a similar field, with a sound understanding of cash programming in humanitarian responses, experience in Geographical information mapping (GIS) and Budget management. Must have strong experience in program implementation and monitoring. Experience in working with donor funding, reporting in country or regionally.

Creative, collaborative and inspiring, facilitative. Analytical and conceptual thinker with a high levels of selfawareness. Has confidence in managing competing agendas with a problem solving approach. Ability to negotiate different points, to be receptive to new ideas and assess the value of those. Understanding of, and willingness to build, a commitment to equity, diversity and staff health and wellbeing principles.
Understanding and commitment to Oxfam’s development philosophy, principles and objectives.
Ability to represent the Programme domestically and internationally.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills including cross cultural communication.
