Job Description

The CrossFit Adult and Kids Trainer is required to lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise, gymnastics movements, strength training, and stretching. There is a requirement to work with people of all ages and skill levels in the conduct of these activities. This Trainer is also responsible for planning, demonstrating and managing CrossFit and training sessions, and providing supervision and mentoring to junior fitness trainers.
