Job Description
Tower Insurance are advertising for an innovative and career-minded individual to lead the tight-knit team in Vanuatu.
This is an influential role which requires a truly collaborative, “big picture” individual, with a network of talented peers through the pacific and report to the Head of Pacific located in New Zealand.
Job Description
This is a diverse role and you can expect to be involved across variety of area – everything from
- Leading and managing your team
- Financial responsibilities – budgets, credit control and statutory requirements
- Growing our existing portfolio
- Managing the insurance lifecycle – product maintenance, prudent underwriting and claims managements
- Marketing and customer relations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in insurance or financial services including management
- Excellent financial and budget management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, including ANZIIF Senior Associate level or equivalent
- Well-developed business acumen
- The ability to man oeuvre through complex situations with tact and sensitivity
- Dedication to meeting the needs of customers
- A proven track record in developing new initiatives to drive the business forward
