Job Description:

The Country Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager International Business and working closely with the head Off ice management, is required to lead the Vanuatu team to implement business objectives, grow customer base and sales, establish policies and procedures in relation to sales, marketing, human resources, finance, warehousing, stick control and all other business areas.

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate is required to have:

• Minimum on 10 years of progressive experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organization, managing the Sales and Marketing operation
• Minimum of Diploma in Business (Management / Accounting
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
• Proven leadership experience, providing guidance and direction to all staff
• Proven experience overseeing the administrative aspects of the business and managing the day to day operations and
• Experience in developing business relationships with suppliers and customers through a collaborative approach.
