About the role
As Country Head for Vanuatu, you will have the overall responsibility for continuously driving profitability, efficiency and return for the business, while ensuring that the business has strong governance and people engagement levels. You must also drive simplicity of structure, processes and ensure that there is targeted and measured growth in line with ANZ’s strategy.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Demonstrated skills in leading a financial organization, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships internationally and locally
- Proven experience in leading an organization by setting a clear direction and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Experience in driving an organisation to set and meet financial, people, and risk
targets - Experience in strategic decision making in regards to structure, financial targets, and cost control
- Experience in developing a team of highly skilled leaders while ensuring a supply of talent is available and ready to progress through the organisation
