RECRUITMENT NI-VANUATU STAFF

• Prepare advertisements for vacant positions.
• Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
• Write job descriptions for all vacant positions.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation program to foster a positive attitude toward company goals.
• Manage staff transfers and relocations.
• Develop a salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organisation.
• Conduct wage surveys within labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
• Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Represent organisation at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

TRAINING AND COMPLIANCE – NI VANUATU STAFF

• Implement formalised staff training programs based on Sales, Customer Service, Collections, Company Goals and Objectives, and use of FinPower.
• Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
• Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organisation.
• Reinforce our Code of Conduct, Computer Use Policy, Email, and Internet Policy to all new staff and management.
• Overall responsibility for payroll and clock on/off system.
• Monitor overtime, sick leave and unauthorised absences to ensure correct staffing levels in place and/or control abuse.
• Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programmes.
• Supervise subordinate staff.
• Ensure that company policies comply with legislative requirements and labour laws.
• Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Ensure our workers compensation and public liability insurance are current and adequate at all times
