World Vision Vanuatu would love to hear from people with excellent skills, extensive experience, incredible knowledge and relevant qualifications across a number of different specialist areas including project and program design, monitoring and evaluation, research, communication products, engineering and ICT development.
We are seeking expressions of interest for consultants and contractors in the following categories of expertise:
PROJECT/PROGRAM DESIGN
Ref: D1.1 Development Project/Program design
Ref: D1.2 Proposal development
PROGRAM QUALITY
Ref: PQ2.1 M&E – M&E plans, evaluations and reviews including baseline and endline studies, and creation of M&E tools
Ref: PQ2.2 Report writing / Copy editing / editing and layout of reports
RESEARCH
Ref: R3.1 Complex research design, planning, implementation through to production of technical report.
Ref: R3.2 Data collection and simple analysis
Ref: R3.3 Data analytics – data systems using dashboards
COMMUNICATIONS and DESIGN
Ref: C4.1 Video production – videography
Ref: C4.2 Graphic design
Ref: C4.3 Illustration
Ref: C4.4 Photography
Ref: C4.5 Website design and maintenance

PROGRAMMING SPECIFIC
Ref: PSp5.1 An EVAWG specialist to provide professional supervision and program development including faith approaches to practice and support
Ref: PSp5.2 Consultant(s) to conduct an impact study of the Restorative Justice pilot and with availability June-September 2022
Ref: PSp5.3 Design and review engineers for DWSSP reports and/or Civil projects in water and/or sanitation
Ref: PSp5.4 Best practice programming approach support– such as: community feedback mechanisms, community engagement
