The Organisation
Kolisen Blong Leftemap Edukesen was established in 2017. KOBLE is a non-governmental organization that advocates for education and education for the vulnerable and marginalized groups.
KOBLE has been promoting the Right to Education in Vanuatu through research, advocacy, policy engagement, awareness creation and capacity building over the three years. KoBLE’s activities have created opportunities to further the right to education agenda in the pursuit of ensuring that all children, youth and adults have access to free quality education. KoBLE’s network education CSOs in Vanuatu is over 50 members.
The Position
This role is a consultancy role referred to a National External Evaluation Consultant. The purpose of the consultancy is to evaluate the Education Out Loud Financed National Education Coalition Project for the year 2020-2021.
Essential Selection Criteria
- Hold a Degree in education, international development, community development, social sciences, economy, political science or monitoring and evaluation.
- Have minimum 5 years´ experience in working in education or international development programs.
- Experiences of conducting project evaluations in education, community development or international development cooperation.
- Have an understanding of the human rights based approach and gender perspective.
- Have an understanding of the development of social policies, preferably education policies.
- Knowledge to the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
- Excellent writing skills in English (demonstration of writing skill is required with submission of previous reports)
- Availability in December 2021-February 2022.
