We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join our construction projects in Port Vila. We currently have two positions available:
Construction Workers
Site Supervisor / Foreman
1. Construction Workers
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Workers to support our site operations. This role involves hands-on labouring and assisting trades and supervisors in delivering quality civil and building construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labouring tasks on-site
Assist tradespeople and follow supervisor instructions
Operate hand tools and basic equipment
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Construction experience
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
2. Site Supervisor / Foreman
We are also seeking experienced Site Supervisors/Foreman to lead daily construction activities. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Plan and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and time requirements
Read and interpret construction plans
Maintain site records and reporting
Resolve on-site issues and guide team members
Requirements:
Prior experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to read plans and manage site operations
Proven commitment to safe work practices
