TradeTools Direct (Port Vila) is looking for applicants to fill the role of Construction Laborer to join our team.

The Construction Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at the construction site. The duty includes operating various tools, loading and unloading cargos, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment, digging or filling pits throughout the construction process. Ensuring that our construction site is a safe and clean working environment.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years experience as construction laborer
• Experience with necessary tools and equipment
• Physical strength and ability to do physical labor
• Good Coordination
• Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes
• Handling and transporting construction materials
• Following instructions from supervisor
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
