Job Title: Compliance Officer / Country Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team . As the Compliance Officer/Country Manager, you will be responsible to:
Responsibilities:
- Clients KYC validation
- Ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with the local law
- Frequent client file review
- Approval of client accounts
- Administrative duties
- Daily transaction monitoring
- Analyse and action on AML reports
- Ensuring that company operations comply with internal standards
- Trains and educates staff to colleagues in order for them to be informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines
- Acts as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management
- Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law
- Reporting to the CEO (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports)
- Conducting AML checking on the clients
- Represents the Company for regulatory visits/inspections
- Any other related task
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Law or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Good Knowledge in financial brokerage and International Markets (FX, equities, commodities) is a plus
- Excellent planning and organizing workload skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to manage work under pressure
- Fast learner and able to take responsibility/ take actions when and where needed
