Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that the company is conducting its business in compliance with relevant national and international regulations. This will involve the creation, review and implementation of compliance policies, procedures and best practices within the company. This position collaborates and provide advice to internal departments to ensure adherence to Compliance requirements. It leads investigations in breach of Compliance legislative requirements and pursues corrective actions, notifying authorities as necessary. The Compliance Manager reports directly to the CEO.
