Full-Time COMPLAINTS OFFICER
Job Description
Wishes to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu (male or female) to fill the position of a COMPLAINTS OFFICER who meets the following requirements:
TASKS:
- Record the needs of the company’s customers.
- Help customers manage their complaints.
- Studying and analysing complaints
- Pass on complaints to the relevant departments.
- Develop customer loyalty.
- Greet customers and ensure they are dealt with correctly.
- Provide information and advice to customers and, where necessary, create complaints files.
- Initiate connection files.
- Take out, amend and terminate customer policies.
- Collect cash.
- Perform prepayment top-ups.
- Educate customers on the use of ATMs and remote services.
- Carry out daily closing operations.
- Keep the work area and the branch clean and tidy.
- Comply with service procedures.
- Convey a good image of UNELCO.
- Ensure the correct use of materials and tools supplied by UNELCO.
- Be versatile in other positions in the Customer Relations division.
- Suggest service improvements.
- Respect the Group’s ethical charter.
- Carry out any exceptional tasks required for the smooth running of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma in the sales or banking with 2 years professional experience in the sector
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the procedures and operating methods of the Sales Department
- Knowledge of the different products offered by UNELCO.
- Principles of Customer relations
- Writing skills
- Use of office software
- Compliance with quality, prevention, safety and environmental standards
- Have a driving license.

LANGUAGES:
- Good command of French, English and Bislama
